View from the street towards the Infirmary at Highgate, London. Pedestrians can be seen walking and talking in the street in front of the hospital wall. Postmarked (Upper Holloway) and stamped. Message on reverse (pencil) reads: 'Dear Mr & Mrs Swift, Mother delighted with London. Weather fine. Jackie very much taken up with the motor buss. Kind regards, Mr & Mrs Holmes. Publisher's monograph is on the front of the card, made up of a 'C' and a 'Y'.
