Indenture, release of lease and release, settlement.
(1) Thos. Man. tanner. Mark Man. linen draper, (only son & heir of above T.M. by Sarah Mayne his late wife) and wife Deborah Man (only daughter & heir of late Nicholas Reynolds of Warwick, weaver.) and wife Hannah Reynolds, widow.) all of Warwick.
(2) Mark Man of Bradon Warks., yeo. Caleb Savage of Coventry, taylor.
For barring of estates tail and remainders in closes and lands with appurts. in Ryton, par. Buckington Warks. etc., also messuage with appurts. in Warwick for specified uses, and for £500 etc. (1) to (2) 4 a. arable with appurts. in common fields of Ryton, Hall Pieces divided into 5 closes with appurts. in Ryton, Hall Closes (2 closes formerly 1) occ. by Jonathon Reeves and Widow Bunts, also messuage called Cocksparrow now occ. by Hannah Reynolds. Premises in Ryton to uses of Thos. Man for life, then to Mark Man of Warwick and then to his wife Deborah and lawful heirs. Messuage in Warwick to uses of Hannah Reynolds for life then to Mark Man of Warwick, and then to his wife Deborah and lawful issue and for default of such issue to right heirs of Hannah Reynolds.
