Bargain and sale of a parcel of land called Pinfold Piece (2.3.8) in Little Drayton in the parish of Drayton in Hales adjoining B to land belonging to Deborah Lockley, N to land belonging to - Pidgeon and land belonging to John Clivery S to land of Widow Phillips and - Griffith of Chester; this parcel was late in tenure of William Manley and was purchased by John Larton from Thomas Pemberton and John Ray trustees for the sale 25 March 1800 and as to Unett's interest in trust for Larton his heirs and assigns
