Grant to Christopher Battiscombe of Yatton, yeoman, of the reversion, on the determination of the estate of Eliz. Paul, widow, of:
Tenement and close of past. (4 ac.) called Great Slade, and close (2 ac.) called Croft Lane Gate lying in Furland within the sd. manor.
(To hold to C. B. (aged 30 years) and John Battiscombe of Bridport gent., for their lives and longest liver; at yearly rent of 2s. 8d. and a heriot [not given] when it shall happen. Fine of £60 paid by C. B., but admission and fealty of C. B. and J. B. respited for time being).
