Lease: Elizabeth Johnson of Withcott, co. Leicester, spinster, sister and heir of Jeffrey Johnson, deceased, who was son and heir of Mathew Johnson deceased, late of Withcott, esq., to George Whiston of Lynden, co. Rutland, gent., and John Whiston of London, bookseller: all lands and tenements in HAMBLETON, co. Rutland demised by will of Sir Thomas Barker, deceased, late of Lynden, to the said Mathew Johnson, Thomas Trist, Henry Green and John Goodman, their heirs and assigns in trust as therein specified: to hold the same for a term of one year for the purpose of effecting a release of the same.
