Testator : Henry Tracy of Portman Street in parish of St. Marylebone, co. Mx.
Rev. John Tracy, Warden of All Souls College, Oxford, testator's brother, and William Strode of Northaw, co. Hertford, esq., appointed guardians of dau., Henrietta Susanna Tracy, during her minority. Henrietta Susanna Tracy is appointed executrix on her attaining 21 yrs.
Admon. granted to Henrietta Susanna Tracy, spinster.
Copy sent to Thomas Haslewood, esq., attorney at law, Bridgnorth, by Robert L. Appleyard, to show that the testator's real estates were not affected by it, but descended to his only child, Henrietta Susanna, as his heir.
