30 horse power side lever boat engine for land, with 32¾ inch cylinder, 2½ foot stroke, 20 horse engine framing.Plan of the engine house - coloured drawing by Wren & Bennett; air pump, condenser and hot water cistern - coloured original drawing; section of fly wheel shaft boss sent by Wren & Bennett; drawings of 4 courses of masonry copied from drawings by William Bennett; 4 sheets of notes, rough sketches and calculations etc.

For Charles Macintosh & Co. Mill, Manchester. Macintosh also bought two 20 horse boat engines, in 1825 and 1835 [see Pfs. 1066 & 1067].
