Arrangement (Information about the filing sequence or logical order of the record)
-
The records were all listed in 1933 by Dr. Reid. He made a numbered list of bound volumes and then listed the bundles of miscellaneous papers. These had been stored in boxes numbered II and III and he assigned letters A - Z for bundles in box II and A - Q for bundles in box III. A few additional unlettered bundles were also received.
As the bundles are, for the most part, very mixed in character and cannot, without breaking them up, be arranged under subject headings, the order of Dr. Reid's list has been retained - his original volume number and also, box number and letter appear in square brackets: [ ].
