a) Memorandum of agreement (copy) 15 Nov 1821

1. William Borradaile.

2. Ralph Fenwick.

Mansion House, garden etc now occupied by Borradaile; copy hold house, with garden of Mrs Welland; Farm house, barns etc and 78 acres occupied by James Potter. Also two copies of the part relating to the farm.

b) Conveyance (draft) 25 March 1822

2. Ralph Fenwick.

Mansion House and 9 acres called The Leonards, 3 acres next to the road from Streatham to Croydon, 2 closes called Butchers Close or 7 Acres, 8 acres next to Mitcham Lane, Pringle Field, Middle Field, Upper Mead, The Farm and Home Mead, The Stack Yard.

Copy of 'plan annexed to Mr Fenwick's conveyance).

c) Report of South-Eastern Railway: London to Dover line. Particulars of undestaking, cost and advantage, and map of intended line, surveyed by Henry Palmer and Peter Barlow, 1835. Jan 1836

d) Letter from Clutton & Eason (company solicitors) to G Ravenhill on the South-Eastern Railway, enclosing tracing of the Misses Borradaile's property affected by the proposed line. 11 Feb 1836

e) Letter from Abraham Borradaile to Messrs Rankin & Co, solicitors, on the sale of timber from his sisters' ground and Manor Park Estate. 7 Feb 1854

f) Notice from London, Brighton & South Coast Railway Co to Alfred and Sarah Borradaile to deliver particulars of claim concerning the Croydon to Balham Hill Railway and Branch, including plan of property affected. 1860

g) Some to Miss Sarah Borradaile, Mrs Mary Tucker Borradaile and Miss Emma Florence Ann Borradaile, with plan of property affected. 1862

h) Notice to owners, lessees and occupiers from J Mackrell, solicitor for Session 1864-65 Balham & Brixton Junction Railway (printed), sent to John Borradaile, with details of property affected,.
