A single letter (dated 25 July, 1985), in reply to a letter concerning Pastoral Triptych. "You won't remember but I came to Ladbroke Grove in the spring of 1974 and played the Triptych to you and you were very helpful. I was a pupil of Janet's whose influence I still feel very strongly ... I remember hearing Quanta in the Wigmore Hall ... and I remember, too, turning the pages for the Bee-Oracles in the QEH on one occasion!"
