Geo. Osborn, Lieut. of Division.

Requests Mr. Rugeley to ascertain "the most proper Volunteers, to the amount of three fourths of the first class, in the parishes which are likely to supply your Company of 120 men".

Will desire the names of two lieutenants and one ensign to be recommended to the Company. Chicksands Priory
