(i) William Child of London, son and heir of Katherine, (late wife of William Child, decd.,) relative [consanguinee] and heir of Richard Maughfeld (i.e. daughter of Joan, daughter of the said Richard)
To (ii) William Tassell and Thomas Powle.
Grant of two messuages, etc., [as in 2/564].
To hold to (ii) and their heirs, of the chief lords.
Warranty clause against John, Abbot of Westminster [sic] and his successors.
(i) Appoints Thomas Wright, clerk, John Bacot and William Payne his attorneys for delivery of seisin to (ii).
Endorsement of delivery of seisin of the manor of Charmans, 27 January 1507.
Enrolled 23 February.
Witnesses to delivery of seisin: John Fownall; Robert Alexandre, senior; John Cole; John Hervy; Roger Page; Thomas Everard? Andrew Talbot.
