(i) Richard Maughfeld, esq., and John Waller, esq.
To (ii) William Skarlet, esq., and Joan his wife, daughter of the said Richard.
Grant of the manor of Risby called Charmans, with all lands, etc., and liberties of folds in Risby, Barrow, Saxham, Lackford, Flempton and West Stow, which (i) lately held with Ralph Waller.
Recites 449/2/564.
To hold to (ii), and, after their death, to William Skarlet, junior, their son, and his heirs, with reversion to Katherine, daughter of (ii).
Witnesses: Henry Calbec, esq.; Andrew Crene; Walter Bregeham; Edmund Odey; John Hikedon.
