-two letters exchanged between Simpson and Betty Fyfe-Jamieson, dated July 1980, concerning the Cox Macro account book and pictures in his collection
-annotated photocopy of 'A catalogue of the genuine and very valuable collection of Italian, French, Flemish, Dutch, and English pictures, of John Patteson, Esq....a part of which were devolved by legacy from the Macro family...which will be sold by auction by Mr Christie, on Friday, the 28th of May, 1819, and following day.'
