Mr. Sandford of Sandford gave notice that he has the £1,400 ready for Hill's nieces - he proposes to pay it in London in a month's time. Mr. Sandford's son is lately married to the daughter of Mr. Ward of Cheshire, and part of the lady's portion is applied in this way. They have great snows and frost in Shropshire.
He has been applied to for £1,000 at 4% which he has refused, but the security is good - if Hill approves Chambre believes he can deal.
