Description

1. Humfrey Haslewood the younger of Oscot in the parish --- co Salop yeoman and Elizabeth his wife.

2. Robert Slaney of Little Drayton in the parish of Idsall als --- gent.

Cons: --- Feoffment in ----- name of Goesyard in Grindle in the parish of Ryton between ---- (E), land of Thomas Addams (W) (Thomas ----). They covenant that they are lawful owners of the close and that it is not encumbered, except by lease made 9 Sept 1674 by --- to Thomas Selman for 21 years, rent 1s.

Covenant for further assurance. Any fines levied already to enure to Slaney's use.

5 Jan. 1679/80 Memorandum of livery of seizin by Moreton Slaney by virture of a letter of attorney from Haslewood and his wife dated --- Jan 1678/9.
