In order to clear the levels leading from St Blazey Bridge to the sea, Surveyor (west), under direction of any three of Philip Rashleigh, John Rashleigh, John Sawle, Thomas Carlyon, jun., esqs, and H. H. Tremayne, clerk, to cut a channel to carry the water, one levy being granted for that purpose.

Complaint by Lanlivery on behalf of Joseph Treleaven, jun., who is not able to maintain himself, that Joseph Treleaven, sen., of Liskeard, yeoman, his father, is able to maintain himself and his family. J. T. sen. to pay Lanlivery 4s. a week until further notice, or until he demises his tenement in Lanlivery, occupied by Joseph Treleaven, jun., to the overseers.

£475 16s. 0d. being paid to Vice-Treasurer to discharge further part of loan of £2,950 for building new jail; that sum, together with any further money in the hands of the Vice-Treasurer, after payment of interest now due, to be applied to further payment of £2,450 principal remaining due.
Richard Trethewy of St Stephens, labourer; acquitted of assaulting and obstructing George Davie and Robert Godfrey, both of Truro, excise officers, as they tried to seize 8 casks containing 60 gallons of foreign brandy.

Recognizance of Humphry Lang and his sureties: to be held over, the woman accusing him of being the father of her bastard child not yet being delivered.
