Printed at the Government Central Printing Office, Simla.
The Preface notes: "A movable column having been ordered to assemble at Abbottabad the following report on the Kaghan valley and the independent territory adjoining it has been compliled in anticipation of the column being required to take the field." With four small b/w maps, folded inside back cover pocket (all No. 330-I., 93).
The document forms part of a bequest to the RSAA by Major R C Murphy.
