With a note by Ford: 'This copy was made by my stationer from the copy made by the clerks at the British museum of the copy in the Grenville Library. William Ford December 1873'. At f. 18 is a copy of the entry in the burial register of St. Dunstan in the West, London, recording the burial of William Powell in June 1574. Sion L40.2/E86/2.
