Agreement between Robert Knight of Barrels esq. and Joseph Yeomans of Ullenhall farmer for lease to the latter of farms in Oldborough co. Worcs. and Ullenhall consisting of 15 closes of arable and 12 closes of meadow and pasture, containing together 303a. 0r. 27p. and known as Crowlies farm and Down Park, part of Barrels, except timber, game and rabbits, to hold from March 25th last for one year certain and so on from year to year at the yearly rent of £369.11s.0d., doing four days' customary team labour, with husbandry conditions (specified), the tenant to pay the rent for a certain enclosure called Wilson's Charity Land to the High Bailiff of Henley-in-Arden.
