Minutes of the annual Annals of Botany committee meetings, both typescript and manuscript, and related correspondence. Meetings during this period were held in London at the Imperial College of Science or the Royal Society Rooms.

Also included are manuscript notes dated 1977 regarding the meeting minutes (f.1), which relate to an ANNALS OF BOTANY article on the history of the journal.
