(1) John Bridge Aspinall late of Liverpool co.Lanc. but now of Bath co.Somerset, esq., George Brown of Liverpool, merchant, John Kidd of same, gent., exors. of William Aspinall late of same, merchant, dec., who was surviving exor. of Elizabeth Pennock late of same, wid., dec., (2) Thomas Wilson of Runcorn, slate merchant, (3) James Bibby of same, labourer, (4) Thomas Johnson of same, soap manufacturer, trustee of (3).
Land (131 sq.yds.) on west side of Brunswick Street in Runcorn, bounded on the north by prem. of the trustees of the new Wesleyan Chapel at Runcorn, on the south by land of (2) contracted to be sold to Samuel Jones, on the west by land of (2) contracted to be sold to Joseph Howard.
Prem. conveyed by (1) to (3) at direction of (2).
Consideration: £39 paid to (1) by (3) at direction (2); 10s. to (2) by (3)
Recites mortgage (lease and release), 10, 11 Nov.1824, by which (2) conveyed three plots of land (4,900 sq.yds.), part of the Brewery field and garden to John Kidd as security for £600; assignment (lease and release), 9, 10 Aug.1825, by John Kidd to (1), of the same prem. except part with a building used as a pin manufactory and a cottage sold to Samuel Eccleston of Warrington, for £1,020; that the sum now owed to (1) is £1,711 16s.10d.
