Elizabeth Hill, in bridewell for want of sureties in bastardy for her third child, chargeable to Manaccan: discharged.

John Pascoe, in bridewell for leaving his family chargeable to Helston: discharged.

Thomas Edwards, in bridewell for wandering and begging in Mevagissey: to continue in custody for a further two months' hard labour: then to be whipped and passed to his last place of legal settlement.

William Burn, in bridewell for wandering and begging in Bodmin: to be discharged.

Declaration that the sessions held at Bodmin on 5 October 1786 had been adjourned to Lostwithiel and held on 26 October, the Justices then being Benjamin Forster, clerk, and Thomas Graham, esq.

In pursuance of two Acts of Parliament requiring overseers of the poor to make returns as to the state of the poor and of charitable donations: Vice-treasurer to pay sums [as specified] to the Clerk of the Peace, Town Clerks, High Constables, Overseers of the Poor and Clerks of the Justices of the Peace involved in the making of such returns.

Francis Gregor, jun.: recorded as taking the oaths of allegiance and supremacy at this adjournment.
