Previous to the loan of £8000 it was agreed that the premises should be assigned to T. F. Maddock for the residue of that agreement and years Now in pursuance of that agreement and in consideration of 10/- paid by Maddock to Preece, Preece at the direction of Davies, Wall, Jeffreys, Asterley and Lloyd assigns to Thomas Finchett Maddock the property referred to in the indenture of 28 March 1810 which was assigned to William Lloyd for the residue of the term of 5000 years and then conveyed to Thomas Francis.
