Samuel Wells to William Flowers, gentlman of Ramsey. £477:15:Od. 53 acres of a parcel of 375 acres, described as Lot 19 No.14, formerly the estate of John Keate, Esq. Consists of 5 parcels near Russell's Mill, the Mill Drain to the north, the said 375 acres to the south and east, the Droveway to the west. Presently occupied by William Flowers.
With a plan by Daniel Ruff, surveyor, 13th November 1800, a copy re the measurement of an allotment of 3ac. 3r.24p.
