John Richards of Whittington Salop gentleman 2. Owen Thomas late of Bodynfol in the parish of Llanfechan county of Montgomery, but now of Cause Castle in the parish of Westbury.
Covenant for the production of title deeds
Cited indentures
1 & 2 November 1838, and whereas the deeds mentioned in the annexed schedule refer to other hereditaments of the said John Richards as trustee for sale thereof, he John Richards will upon reasonable request of Thomas produce the documents. This covenant to be void if Richards at any time at the request of Thomas delivers the documents to Thomas or any person he nominates.
The documents referred to are 27 & 28 May 1833
Witnesses: Henry Davies clerk to Mr. Hayward solicitor Oswestry.
