From: John de Sittingbourne, I, prior of Canterbury Cathedral Priory; the convent of Canterbury Cathedral Priory The ordinance ('ordinatio') made by Archbishop S[tephen Langton] between Henry, rector of Eynsford, and Hugh, priory almoner, concerning Eynsford ('Einesford'') church and the chapel of Farningham ('Freningeham'). Endorsed with description and note of registration in the almonry register ('in Elemosinar'') in late 13th cent hands.
