Description

Parties 1) John Liddiard of Chipping Norton, solicitor's clerk. 2) John Gill of Chipping Norton, schoolmaster. 3) Benjamin Busby of Hook Norton, slatter and plasterer. Property: Messuage with appurtenances in New St., Chipping Norton formerly held by Henry Parish weaver, then by Charles Roffe, then by James Gibbs, then by James Williams, with a cottage late held by Robert Hall and now by his widow on the west, and a cottage now or late held by Joseph Quartermaine, formerly held by WIlliam Haines and late by Charlotte Kirtland on the east side; and small piece of land used as a yard or back way to the messuage and adjoining, and late held by George Williams. Consideration: £200 paid to 1 by 2. Notes: 1 conveys to 3 on trust for 2. and his heirs:
