Messuage in Cobbler's Row, sometime since in occupation of said Robert Fell, afterwards divided and occupied partly by Robert Fell and partly by Thomas Morgan, deceased, but now restored to its former state and in occupation of William Norman, printer, the messuage of William Talboys, afterwards of Charles Lucas and now of William Parrott being W. the messuage of Daniel Parish and now of Robert Fell E.
Conveyance from (1) by direction of (2) to (3).
In trust for the said Thomas Berry his heirs and assigns.
Various covenants as to title, etc.
Consideration: £252.10s.0d. paid to (2) by T.B.
