Description (What the record is about)
-
Various documents of a personal nature, including certificates from the Royal Academy of Music, pocket diaries, and material relating to Rainier's membership of The Worshipful Company of Musicians. In addition, there are two groups of personal material that relate to the research and biographical interests of Hubert van der Spuy and of June Opie (IPR/1/38 and IPR/1/39) - since these researches were conducted with Rainier's co-operation, the selected materials (including biographical information, photographs and some letters) have been retained together, as found, rather than distributed to other parts of the archive.
