Description

Josias Slee of Tooley St., Southwark, Surrey, iron merchant, of the first part: Walter Richardson of Covent Garden, co. Middlesex, gent., of the second part, and George Marsh of Belgrave Place, Pimlico, co. Middlesex, gent., of the third part; William Newell of Regent Street, Vincent Square, Westminster, co. Middlesex, gent., of the fourth part, and Charles Richardson of Golden Square, gent., of the fifth part.

Reciting mortgage of 27 and 28 Aug 1819 and that the principal of £1,000 was unpaid: mortgage of 17 and 18 Feb 1822 and that the principal of £200 was unpaid; that, since the above deeds, George Marsh has sold to Joseph England of Barugh Green, Bargh, Darton, husbandman, the following: cottage with a barn, mistall, outbuildings, gardens and appurtenances: close, measuring 2 acres 33 poles, called Pond Croft; cottage with garden; allotment of land 1 acre 3 roods 18 poles, part of the commons of Bargh, called Barugh Green, on the south side of the highway leading to Cawthorne; allotment of land, 1 rood 12 poles, also part of the commons of Barugh Green, on the north side of the said highway: allotment, 1 acre 2 roods 4 poles, part of the same commons, called Higham Common; all lately allotted to George Marsh in Darton Enclosure award.

For £600 in part discharge of £1,000 (£400 paid to Slee and Richardson, and £200 paid to Pike).

All lands as fully recited in two previously recited mortgages.
