Appointment of trusts.
Joyce Shelvocke, wife of John Shelvocke, of Shrewsbury, co. Salop, gent., directs that rents and profits of moiety of messuage and lands conveyed by her and her husband to William Syer als.Syar of Aberhaley, co.Mtg., gent. by fine, to uses specified in deed of 29 April 1679, i.e. after her decease, to her bro. George Hudson of the Lea, co. Salop., gent. for 31 yrs., to use profits to trusts to be appointed by her, are to be applied to use of Mary Jones, younger dau. of David Jones, late of Llanvechan [Llanfechan] by Mary, his wife, niece Joyce, and the heirs of her body; in default, to Ann Jones, eldest dau. of David and Mary Jones, and her issue.
