Mrs. Folton has died, and the tenement at Ightfield now falls to Hill. £4 will be paid in lieu of herriott - she had not one good or beast above that sum.
John Turner would like to be tenant to that in addition to what he already holds, which would save building.
He gives an account of the estate at Burton - 1,880 acres of good land. Consideration money - £11660 "as your honour has noe inclinacion to buy an estate in Cheshire soe I shall trouble you no further wth any acct of this estate".
