By Julius Deedes, Martha Griffith, John Drake, Edward Northey, Sarah Drake and Michael Glyd to James Brockman, Nathaniel Cole being a party of the 6th part, Whereby - in pursuance of the said agreement for Partition and the conveyance of a moiety by James Brockman and William Brockman and of £81.10s paid by Jas. Brockman - the parties released to James Brockman the moiety of the messuage or tenement called Weard farm and the other premises described in Lease for a year of 10 Oct., 1733 (No SAS-RF/13/57) And John Drake covenanted to surrender according to the custom of the respective manors, a moiety of a messuage or tenement called Bodles and Innings and lands belonging in Brightling and Robertsbridge held of the Manor of Burwash by copy of court roll And lands called Frymans Wish containing 2 acres in Robertsbridge held of the Manor of Robertsbridge
And Release by James Brockman and William Brockman to Julius Deedes and Martha Griffith, in exchange, of a moiety of lands in Nutfield, Blechingley, Horne and Burstow, Surrey
