Particulars of sale of property and land at Clapham,1925 Bedfordshire, to be sold by auction by W & H Peacock at the Swan Hotel, Bedford on the 13th June 1925 viz:
(a) -Mount Pleasant Farm- with orchard, coach house, stables, etc containing 65.596a pasture and market gardening land with rights of cart way over (b) .
(b) Building land containing 18.355a; with notes re allotment holders being under notice from Michaelmas 1925 and probable gravel deposits under the land.
