4) Charles Upton of Derby, gent.

For £7,700 to (2) and £3,000 to (3), (1) and (2) to (2) and (3), land (2a.) in the Capcrofts in Derby, occ. Rev. Thomas Gisborne, in mortgage.

Indentures of lease and release, transfer of mortgage.

1) William Evans, as before

2) D.P. Coke, as before

3) Thomas Evans, as before

Reciting mortgage, also repayment of £3,000 to (1) and reduction of debt. owing to (3) to £5,600; desire of (2) for transfer of mortgage to (3); and request by (2) for further loan of £600, making a total of £6,200.

Now in consideration of the said £300 and also in consideration of £600 paid (3) to (2), (1) at request of (2) to (3), property as before detailed.
