By copy of court roll of Amberley Manor of John M. Sheridan of Pheasant Hill House, Sisters Avenue, Clapham Common, heir of Elizabeth Sheridan (E.H.E. St. John, Esquire is his guardian) to
Cottage at New Pound Common of 30 rods; Brunkers alias Brunkhurst; burgess tenement and half a yardland; Hyfold messuage, 2 crofts and 3 ac. of land; Bryants messuage; tenement called Millgate; Durbanes in Ashfold of 30 acres; Trenchmores of 26 ac. 2r. 1p.; messuage, shop and 10 rods of land at New Pound Common, adjoining Loves on the west and Stoney Hames on the south; 13 ac. 2r. 16p. copyhold portion of 10 allotments, allotted to John Napper by the 1871 Amberley Enclosure Award.
Recites: (1) 1 Aug. 1882. Admission of Rev. E. St. John and Rev. P. St. John according to Anne Napper's will.
(2) Death of P. St. John 18 May 1886 and E. St. John 17 Jan. 1892.
(3) Heirs to land under Anne Napper's will.
