John Madocks of Vron Iw, Denbigh, esq, only son of John Edward Madocks late of Vron Iw, Esq., decd., eldest son and heir of John Madocks late of Lincolns Inn, Middx, esq, decd., who survived George Clive late of Arlington St, Middx, esq, decd which John Madocks and Geo Clive were devisees of the will of John Ashby
Messuage with barn (1r) (once widow Boothby); a piece of land called Spittle Dale (once Widow Boothby); a piece of land called Mountford Piece (Rd Boothby son of John Boothby decd); a piece of land - How Bridge (Rd Boothby); 4 pieces, the Cross fields, Gallants Meadow, Brook field or Washford and the little Croft (once Rd Plummer); piece called the Ockley (heretofore Walter Tench); a small piece adjoining a piece called the Fountain head (Rd Plummer); a messuage and barn and 4 pieces called the Croft Velims, the house Spittle dale, the WashfordCroft and the Knocking Meadow (widow Davies); a messuage and garden with a croft (Ralph Fewtrell); 4 pieces called Lower Croft, Upper Croft, Bridge Leasow and Spittle Field (Rd Boothby); several pieces - the Meadow, the Upper Piece and the Boggy Piece (Frances France); a small parcel - the Bowling Green (the Rev.
