Probate copy of the will of 2 May 1820 of Martha Hannah Bather, widow, decd. of Meole Brace.
She has redeemed the Land Tax on the estate in the parishes of Meole and St. Julian's which she holds for life by her marriage settlement. She gives the same to her eldest son Edward Bather.
Will of Martha Hannah Bather contd.
£200 secured by note of Mr William Brayne of Shrewsbury, to her 2nd son John Bather; half of the foreign wine to her son Edward and the other half to her son John.
Residue to her daughter Martha Bather
Executor: her eldest son, Edward.
Witnesses: Wm Jones, Meole Brace, Schoolmaster, Mary Parkes, Ellesmere, widow.
Proved 16 November 1824 in the P.C.C.
