Description

Richd. How II (Aspley) to J. Eliot. Fisher has written that there is not an acre of Liberty land vacant & the most valuable city lots are sold. On the whole I heartily agree and regret the expense already incurred & wish John Hunt had never, by the information he gave, flattered us with vain hopes.
