After 1981, when the functions of CFR were transferred into the new Department of Ecumenical Affairs, the papers relating to the Old Catholics were filed separately by year, so that they can be integrated more easily into the sequence of Archbishops Papers in the library. Therefore the existing references will have to be replaced by the library's own references once the papers have been processed by the library. As I said on the phone Eric Kemp's papers complement, rather than duplicate, the CFR papers.
