The King v.John Hassall and others, in the Exchequer at Chester. Brief to move to supersede a certiorari issued out of the Exchequer for the removal of their indictment from the Crownmote and Quarter Sessions of the City. They were indicted in the City court in 1811 for a riot at the Mayor's election 1810 presumably, and obtained a certiorari from the Exchequer, which the Mayor and Citizens now seek to have superseded. 8ff
