Notes and extracts relating to the Savoy, mostly from the records of the Duchy of Lancaster in the Public Record Office. Compiled by Charles Trice Martin, FSA, for the late Rev. Henry White (see letter of the Rev. W. J. Loftie, 14 Apr. 1894, in Box I). The extracts were used by the Rev. William John Loftie, FSA, assistant chaplain at the Savoy Chapel, for his Memoir of the Savoy (1878), but contain much material not published in this book.
