Description

Plans are present for the conversion of Northwood to a nursing home, construction of Queen Mary House, modification of Ada Lewis Governesses Homes including conversion of some houses into flats, and proposals for a new nursing home. Plans are varied in view and detail and include artist impressions, elevations, site plans and electrical diagrams. These plans were mainly produced by Gerald F Jones and Sykes, architects and quantity surveyors of London Bridge Road, Southwark, but other architects represented are Lawrence M Gotch and George E A Huyton.
