Description (What the record is about)
-
Letter from J.P. to W.P.G. He has heard from Mr Bruff who says that his father cannot be expected to pay for carrying on the Works until he is in complete possession. However, he is prepared to complete the purchase, even during the Vacation as soon as he is satisfied that Mr Gelson will not be under any obligation in respect of his accounts as Receiver as would deprive him of his services. Thus, he suggests that W.P.G. should allow Mr Gelson a limited overdraft, say of £500, adding that W.P.G. does have custody of the deposit money.
