J. Clause & J.R. van de Werf & Pieren(?) Hendricks (Amsterdam) to Theodore Eccleston. Quarterly Meeting held on 3/13 Jan. 1694/5 has requested them to write about cost of printing books in defence of Quakers: very few by those printed in Low Dutch & none at all those in German: "We are glad if they will but read them without they're paying for them" - could Friends in England help with printing costs. - Duke of Hollateyn Gotterp mentioned in last letter has died not many days age. - Quarterly meeting of Friends at Danzig report that they are in need of money, having sent the sum sent by the six weeks meeting in London.
