2. remainder of property, that Elizabeth Venables may receive an annuity of £600 with right of distress in case of non-payment and right to occupy the premises if it falls in arreas; subject to this annuity, the property to use of such persons as Lazarus Jones Venables by deed or will appoint, or in default of appointment to use of Richard Venables and heirs during the life of Lazarus to prevent any claim for dower by his wife and in trust for Lazarus and after to his heirs
