Depositions of evidence of the defendants and for the plaintiff

This item begins in the middle of the defendants' depositions (p.1-19), including those of Sir Wilfrid and other Lawsons (p.15-19); pages 20-74 (last) have "Proofs taken on the part of the Plaintiff". The defendants all "deny Combination".

The lawsuit concerned the lord's and tenants concepts of their ancient rights and customs of the Manor of Isel as in the lifetime of the late Miss Elizabeth Lawson (died in 1769), as lady of the manor.
