2. Richard Berridge of 18 Great Russel Street, Co Middlesex, esquire.

3. Thomas Snowdon of Stockton, Co. Durham, esquire.

4. Joseph Whitwell Pease of Hutton Hall, Co. York, esquire, M.P.

Assignment by (1& 2) to (4) of two sums of £1500 and £1690, and conveyance of a parcel of land and foreshore abutling on the foreshore and bounded by the railway leading to Lloyd and Company's Works and by the railway leading to The North Eastern Railway Company's Wharf.
