Pre-nuptial settlement.
Jn. Menheir of St. Austell, gent., and Peter Laa of St. Austell, gent., on marriage between Thos. Manheir, s. of Jn. M., and Eliz. Laa; also marriage between Wm. Laa and Grace Menheir.
Jn. Menheir shall provide for Thos. M. and Eliz. Laa and their children, meat, drink, apparel, lodging, fire and candlelight; also convey his property in Tregorrick and Carvath in St. Austell; Carwenyck in Creed; Porth Turpin in St. Blazey and Tywardreath, in order to raise annuity for Eliz.'s life.
Peter Laa to provide for Wm. Laa and Grace M. and their children, meat, drink, etc., and convey tenements in Porth, Murthier alias Murthen, and Carenys in St. Austell; Tretheage in Gorran and Tregrehan in St. Blazey, also property and quay in Kingswear, Devon, to raise annuity for Grace.
